Just a couple of days ago, I went to my first swim meet this year. I had a lot of fun racing. In the video, I'm doing breaststroke. It is one of my favorite strokes. I came in second place. I went as fast as I could. If you see one hand hitting the wall it means I got disqualified. Watch the video to find out. In freestyle, I got first place and I also did backstroke and got third place. I'm the one with the red cap.

Wow, you have a great breaststroke, Ryder! Your timing is just right. I swam on a swim team when I was your age, too, just like your mommy. When we swam you were not allowed to put your head under water on the breaststroke. Now, you can. Things change!
